Degree in any field and/ or 2 years working experience in related position, Chemical Engineering and Polymer Engineering will be advantaged
Must be computer literate
A responsible and reliable person
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, team oriented, Dedicated, self-motivated and aggressive and flexible
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Fluent in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia

Min Diploma / SPM and 3 years working experience in plastic manufacturing environment
Strong supervisory skill and able to interact with people at all levels
Mature and analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision
A reliable and responsible person
Experience in maintenance work shall be an added advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System documentation
